Waiter / Waitress Position description: Set up the restaurant to standards and follow cleaning routines to maintain a welcoming atmosphere Greet guests warmly and promptly upon their arrival Seat guests and present menus Take orders and serve food and beverages Provide outstanding customer service ( breakfast, lunch or dinner operation) Present bills and handle payments Maintain extensive knowledge of the menus ( food & beverages) and presentation standards Communicate any special meal requirements, allergies, or dietary needs to the kitchen Ensure guest satisfaction with each course and beverage Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times, including both front and back-of-house areas Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience Support new team members through training and guidance, helping them deliver exceptional service experience Follow the hygiene and safety rules
