Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival Deliver high-quality of food and beverages to guests Organize table settings and maintain tables clean and neat Provide recommendations and information to guests about menu items, including wine and cocktail pairings Taking orders and serving Room Service Deliver checks and receive payments Cashier handling Always aspire to up-sell additional products and services Always follow strict hygiene procedures (HACCP) Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner Requirements: Minimum experience of 2 years in a high-end restaurant or 5* Hotel Excellent command of Greek and English language (additional languages will be considered an asset) Excellent communication skills Knowledge of POS, preferably (PYLON TOUCH OR PMS, MS OFFICE) Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions Knowledge of wines will be considered an asset Guest friendly mentality Teamwork spirit Benefits: Competitive salary and other benefits (bonus included) Accommodation (on site) Daily meals Insurance
