WhiteArt Suites is looking to recruit talented and passionate Waiters/Waitresses for season 2025 in Mykonos .
Responsibilities : Adhering to grooming and appearance standards consistently Receiving orders and serving guests as per the hotel’s standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner Assisting guests with ordering by answering menu questions or making recommendations upon request Dealing with guest’s complaints and providing assistance with their queries Checking with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction Being responsible for billing, by making the right transactions and handling cash or credit cards accordingly Demonstrating excellent knowledge and understanding of restaurant menus, promotions and daily specials Cooperating with all serving and kitchen staff Maintaining a neat and clean workplace Upselling food, beverages and drinks when appropriate
