Job Opening – Service Manager | Tinos Beach Hotel Tinos Beach Hotel, a member of the Attica Group, is seeking an experienced and passionate Service Manager (F&B) to join our team on the island of Tinos.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and events.
Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain the highest hospitality standards.
Lead, motivate, train, and develop the service team.
Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce allocation efficiently.
Monitor and enforce health, safety, and HACCP standards.
Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
Support the achievement of departmental quality and financial objectives.
