Senior Payroll Specialist

At Sfakianakis Group , a leader in the automotive industry, we are currently seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
Responsibilities: Manage and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and the timely execution of salary payments.
Ensure full compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation.
Oversee all employee lifecycle actions including hirings, terminations, and contractual changes, and submit all required declarations to public authorities (e.g., Ergani).
Manage timekeeping processes, review attendance records, and accurately input data into the payroll system.
Prepare and submit monthly insurance, tax, and other statutory reports.
Provide support to employees by addressing payroll, labor law, and social security–related inquiries.
Participate in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Contribute to compensation and benefits analysis and reporting.
Monitor updates in labor, tax, and social security legislation and ensure timely implementation of all regulatory changes.
Qualifications: BSc in Business Administration, Economics, or Human Resource Management. 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent knowledge of labor and social security laws.
Proficient user of the Ergani system Preferred knowledge of SCAN HRMS software.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
