As a Senior HR Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for: Ensuring the seamless execution of end-to-end payroll operations for a substantial headcount, guaranteeing absolute compliance with Greek labor frameworks and the ERGANI II system Manipulating complex data sets to construct advanced HR dashboards, tracking critical metrics, and analyzing workforce demographics Managing and optimizing HR and payroll KPIs, while reporting directly to provide strategic, data-driven insights Acting as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert for upcoming HR/Payroll SAP implementation initiatives, in close alignment with global headquarters
