Senior Frontend Lead Developer

Antaeus Travel Group is looking for a Senior Frontend Lead Developer with experience in Angular 17+ to join our software projects and be involved in the entire product development lifecycle.
You will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality, user-centric web applications.
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize our web platforms.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable, responsive front-end applications Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Implement security and data protection measures Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting continuous learning Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing Knowledge of NX, jest or playwright will be considered a plus Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in senior front-end development Private repository required Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular 17+ Contribution to codebase Experience with responsive/adaptive design Good understanding of design patterns & SOLID principles Knowledge of SEO principles and Material Design Strong understanding of flexbox/grid CSS, BEM, or SMACSS Familiarity with Git, DevOps Git, and version control tools Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication & leadership skills Experienced in coaching and mentoring other developers Fluent in English (verbal & written) Team player, positive attitude, intrinsically motivated Essential Skills  Angular HTML, CSS, Responsive Web Design Git & Code Review Excellent organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Teamwork and leadership Critical thinking and problem-solving Proactive mindset with a “can do” attitude Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to coordinate between multiple teams Benefits 💼 A competitive compensation package and bonus scheme 📈 Personal development opportunities 🤝 Excellent working environment 🚌 Private transportation from/to Eliniko metro station 🍽 Monthly allowance for lunch expenses 🏠 Hybrid & remote working options available 🏥 Private Health Insurance
