About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial management, control, and growth strategies across our multi-company structure, including luxury yacht charters, lifestyle services, and investment activities.
The CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, risk management, reporting, and compliance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability of the group.
Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the finance function across all companies in the group. • Develop and implement a Group Financial Strategy aligned with strategic objectives. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. • Ensure compliance with Greek and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structures effectively. • Oversee investment evaluations, financial risk management, and cost optimization. • Provide financial analysis and insight to support board-level decisions. • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and stakeholders. • Lead finance team development and implement cutting-edge financial systems. • Support expansion into new markets, M&A activity, and cross-border investments.
