For the role of Senior Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for: Providing comprehensive legal support and strategic consulting to corporate clients.
Handling the incorporation of all legal entities and the establishment of foreign subsidiaries and branches in Greece.
Managing complex Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As) and corporate transformations, including spin-offs and absorptions.
Conducting thorough Legal Due Diligence for investment and acquisition projects.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and service level agreements.
Representing corporate clients before public authorities and at all levels of the judicial system.
Drafting Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
Managing intra-corporate disputes, including partner withdrawals, minority rights, and challenges to Board of Directors’ decisions.
