On behalf of our client, an Architectural Design Office , we are seeking a Senior Architect to join their dynamic team.
As a Senior Architect will: Discuss with the client to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements Study local building regulations, urban planning requirements, and other relevant laws Evaluate different design solutions and discuss them with the client Develop detailed plans and architectural diagrams that include all aspects of the building Use design software (like AutoCAD, Revit) to create these drawings Communicate and coordinate tasks with contractors and builders Review plans and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from the client and other stakeholders Receive and evaluate feedback from the client and construction teams to improve the final outcome.
