Salesperson in Fine Jewerly

Possibility for long-term employment, 100% during the season (April- Oct) and part-time during the winter months.
The store has been in the heart of Plaka since 1985 and has been run by the next generation, a Greek/Swedish couple, for the last 7 years.
We primarily offer fine jewelry, as well as sculptures and paintings.
The saleswoman has to be result-driven, fully focused on sales achievement and customer satisfaction, and always interested in improving her/himself.
In addition, the professional has to have a high sense of responsibility when dealing with exclusive items, a great sense of aesthetics, and a natural ability to cooperate and communicate nicely.
You will work some hours together with another team member.
Base salary (depending on your seniority and expertise), and commission on sales.

Age over 30 Experience in Sales.
English at an excellent level Outgoing, cooperative, and responsible professional Process: Called in for an interview Called in for a one-hour active sales evaluation If given the opportunity = 5-7 days of paid training will follow, planned to happen in March some point (flexible with the dates)—gemstone and metal knowledge, artists’ background, jewelry-making techniques and inspiration, sales training, etc.
Full time work according to schedule starts at the beginning of April and ends at the end of October.
After that part time until next season.
