As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Sales Support Officer.
The position of Sales Support Officer is crucial for the efficient functioning of a company’s sales department.
The successful candidate will support the commercial and administrative functions of the Sales Operations department , ensuring smooth team operations, accuracy, and efficiency in daily processes.
Responsibilities Provide support to partners regarding orders and issue resolution Enter and process data in corporate systems (CRM, SF) Monitor pending tasks and communicate with internal departments to ensure issue resolution Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Handle inbound partner calls and inquiries
