Key responsibilities: Providing daily customer service via phone calls and emails to ELT professionals.
Efficiently registering orders and managing the processing of all orders with precision and timeliness.
Collaborating with our sales department to follow up on open orders.
Addressing customer complaints and delivering after-sales support upon request.
Supporting the sales team by furnishing relevant data and reports tailored to the ELT sector.
