Aliathon Resort – Paphos, Cyprus is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join its leadership team and lead the next phase of growth across its hospitality, conference, events and commercial operations.
Operating year-round, Aliathon Resort is one of Cyprus’ leading hospitality destinations, offering hotel accommodation, apartment-style units, conference and event facilities, food & beverage outlets, and a vibrant commercial frontage.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the resort’s sales and marketing strategy.
Increase direct bookings and optimise channel performance.
Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
Manage digital marketing, social media, PR and promotional campaigns.
Develop relationships with tour operators, travel partners, corporate clients and key accounts.
Analyse market trends, competition and commercial performance.
Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.
Candidate Profile Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in digital marketing, distribution channels and revenue generation.
Fluency in English.
Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
