Sales Engineer (Industrial Automation)

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a company providing industrial electrical and automation solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer. 📌 Location: Aigaleo, Attica 📍 Working Model: On-Site 🖋️You will be reporting to: Sales Manager What you will do: The purpose of this role is to strengthen and enhance the commercial department by developing new business opportunities while supporting existing clients with tailored automation solutions. ​ More Specifically: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers in the industrial sector by identifying their technical and business needs.
Strengthen relationships with existing clients while expanding the product portfolio.
Provide technical support based on clients’ needs, ensuring solutions meet both operational and financial requirements.
Prepare technical proposals and offers while managing all related documentation and processes.
Meet sales targets in line with company policy.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering or automation engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial or electrician solutions.
Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken) Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
