External Job description This part-time Sales Development Representative (Part Time Associate) position supports our outreach efforts by connecting with potential clients on LinkedIn and phone calls, nurturing early-stage relationships, and scheduling calls for the sales team.

Responsibilities Identify and research high-potential prospects on LinkedIn Conduct calls to identify and qualify potential clients Send and Test messages to engage prospects Build rapport and maintain consistent communication with potential clients Book calls and schedule meetings for the sales team Maintain lead forms connected to the CRM Track personal outreach performance and report weekly on progress toward KPIs Provide feedback on messaging and engagement strategies to improve results Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions Maintain Files Structure and discipline Required Skills Full professional proficiency in German and English is essential Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting, CRM use, and pipeline tracking Organization, follow-up, and reporting discipline Tech literate Teamworking Time application Daily LinkedIn prospecting and messaging: ~30% Phone calls / booking and following up on calls: ~50% CRM updates, reporting, and tracking KPIs: ~20% Working Values Success is defined by consistent lead generation and booked calls, not one-off wins Discipline, and structured execution are essential Accountability for first impressions and customer-facing communication Strive to improve messaging and outreach processes continuously High-quality professional work Decision-Making Focus Tactical outreach decisions, such as prioritizing prospects and timing of messages Recommend adjustments to messaging and calling strategies based on engagement and performance results, implementing changes under guidance Reporting trends and insights to inform sales strategy Qualifications Motivated individuals or current undergraduate/graduate students, ideally with a background or strong interest in Business Administration or related fields Strong performer with a results-oriented mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English Comfortable working independently, showing discipline, ownership, and initiative Demonstrated ability to manage outreach campaigns and successfully book meetings Familiarity with CRM systems and basic pipeline reporting Comfortable using standard Office tools Position time description: Part-time, Remote, flexible working hours
