Location: Nea Filadelfeia Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and identify their needs.
Promote energy products and services included in the company’s commercial activity.
Provide advice and guidance on energy solutions.
Handle customer requests effectively, always ensuring excellent service.
Maintain the proper image and professional appearance of the retail store.
Requirements Excellent command of the English language.
At least 2 years of experience in sales of products and/or services, ideally in telecommunications, energy, or technology retail stores.
Knowledge of commercial management information systems (CRM).
Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet use.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.
Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
