Role : We are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team in Spata Store.
The successful candidate will support daily store operations by delivering an exceptional customer experience and representing the ANTETOKOUNBROS brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities : Welcome and assist customers, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting.
Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications : Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
S ales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including restocking merchandise.
Team-player mentality with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
Basic POS and cash-handling skills, or willingness to learn.
