Key Responsibilities As a Sales Agent, you will be entrusted with the following: Experience Sales & Guest Engagement Promote, curate and manage tailor-made luxury experiences for resort guests Engage directly with guests to understand their needs and elevate their stay Documentation & Administrative Excellence Prepare and organize all necessary operational and guest-related documentation Driving collaboration with OTAs and commercial partners Luxury Brand Representation Serve as a brand ambassador of Grandeur, maintaining elegance, professionalism and impeccable service standards at all times Compliance & Operational Standards Adhere strictly to company’s SOPs, ensuring seamless and safe operations Team Coordination & Support Collaborate closely and effectively with crew members to deliver exceptional experiences Contribute to a positive team culture that enhances daily workflow and guest satisfaction
