Sales Advisor – German Speaking

We are recruiting a German speaking Sales Advisor for a leading Outsourcing/BPO company based in Athens, Thessaloniki, Larissa or Heraklion in Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a mix of inbound and outbound customer contacts across phone, live chat, and email
Deliver consistently strong customer experiences, with an emphasis on satisfaction and first-time resolution
Foster clear, professional communication that builds lasting customer relationships
Pull accurate, current information from internal platforms to support every interaction
Meet individual and team targets, including call-handling KPIs
Keep customer accounts, records, and case notes thorough and up to date
Adhere consistently to communication guidelines and data protection standards

What We’re Looking For:

Native or near-native German speaker with English fluency at B2 or above
Solid background in multichannel customer service and interaction handling
Strong written and spoken communication skills paired with active listening
Comfortable navigating multiple systems at once with strong digital literacy
Effective multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities
Customer-first attitude with sound judgment around handling sensitive data
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven setting
