POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Jewellery Sales Advisor, for our boutique located in Myconian Villas Collection, in Mykonos.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for luxury products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
This role offers the chance to engage with clients, share in their special moments, and provide personalized guidance to help them find the perfect piece of jewellery.
Accommodation and meals provided by the hotel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly and assist them in exploring our collection of jewelry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and needs.
Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
