In this pivotal role, the successful Sales Administrator will streamline our commercial operations and ensure seamless collaboration with key stakeholders, gaining invaluable experience within a high-caliber environment that drives the country’s energy infrastructure.
As a Sales Administrator , you will be responsible for: Inquiry Management: Efficiently handling, routing, and escalating inquiries from Electricity Suppliers regarding delays in request implementation, meter reading confirmations, incorrect representation issues, and related matters.
Supplier Communications & Inbox Management: Maintaining a high standard of communication with Electricity Suppliers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dedicated supplier support inbox for incoming complaints, request status updates, and metering data issues.
First-Level Support: Providing prompt, first-level resolution for supplier requests, ensuring accurate and standardized internal routing to specialized teams when further escalation is required.
Pending Issues Monitoring: Tracking outstanding Supplier requests and providing regular, structured updates to relevant internal business units to ensure timely resolution.
Performance Metrics: Adhering to strict qualitative and quantitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service delivery standards.
