Rooms Division Manager

Join Eagles Resort team in a fast growing working environment as a Rooms Division Manager Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki & Thessaloniki* * During the winter season the candidate will be working at our premises in Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the rooms division, including front office, housekeeping and guest services department Ensure that Front desk and Concierge operations (check in/out, payments, keep area tidy, answer and redirect all incoming calls and e mails, receive letters or packages and distribute them) are carried out in a smooth and exceptional manner, manage all tasks, their respective delegation and follow-up; schedule shifts Maintain effective communication with all related departments especially housekeeping, maintenance and reservations to ensure seamless service delivery Have constant detailed hotel product knowledge, up to date with guest, VIP arrivals and events within the Resort premises Operate within departmental budget and monitor expenses to assure financial objectives are met Ensure that all guest registrations are completed and correspond with Fidelio PMS guest information Handle all guest requests / complaints; oversee the procedure and offer guidance and support entire team; maintain high visibility with guests and employees Participate in staff selection procedure, identify training needs, train and supervise the departmental team members, perform employee appraisals Monitor and evaluate guest feedback, ensure guest satisfaction and continuously improve services and amenities Supervise that health and safety standards are met and that all employees work in a safe environment and have knowledge of recent health and safety regulations Prepare reports for management information Qualifications / Personal characteristics: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position ideally within a 5* Luxury Hotel Excellent knowledge of English language; a second language (German, Russian or French) will be considered as an asset Computer literacy and experience in Opera / Fidelio programs Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management Excellent time management, multitask and organizational skills Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial and problem solving skills Benefits: Competitive salary remuneration Career development in a fast paced growing work environment Daily meals and single room accommodation Training opportunities Private health insurance TOR Hotel Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
