We are currently seeking: Room Service Waiter/Waitress Job Summary The Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
This role ensures high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while representing the hotel’s brand and hospitality values.
Key Responsibilities Take room service orders accurately via phone or in person Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely manner Set up trays or tables according to hotel standards Present and explain menu items when required Ensure accuracy of orders and special guest requests Collect trays, dishes, and equipment after service Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas and equipment Handle guest requests and resolve issues politely and efficiently Process bills, obtain signatures, or handle payments when required Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
