Purpose of the job As Reservations & Revenue Coordinator, you are responsible for handling individual reservations and supporting the hotel’s commercial strategy.
You combine guest-focused service with analytical insight to optimize both the guest experience and hotel revenue.
You act as the link between the guest, hotel team, and commercial departments, actively contributing to maximizing RevPAR, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.
