Revenue Manager
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and business-minded Revenue Manager to join our growing team at Anatolia Hospitality, based in Thessaloniki.

Key Responsibilities 🎯 Develop and implement pricing and revenue optimization strategies Manage all distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings, corporate, B2B, etc.) Conduct competitive set analysis and monitor market trends Forecast occupancy, revenue, and market demand Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to maximize bookings Prepare and analyze key reports (Pace, Pickup, STR, Forecasts, KPIs) Requirements 🧠 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel Solid knowledge of Channel Manager, PMS PROTEL, and revenue tools (e.g.
