ICAP Executive Search , on behalf of its client, a Leading Global Technological Company, is seeking an experienced Retail Designer to join their team.
Retail Designer (6058/RD/ESS/GR) Responsibilities: Develop creative design concepts for retail spaces that align with the brand’s identity and HQ-provided guidelines.
Identify optimal in-store hotspots that ensure effective functionality and product visibility, considering customer flow and behavior.
Plan and manage in-store promotional campaigns, including product launches, communication materials and visual merchandising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure designs meet business objectives and brand guidelines.
Oversee on-site setup and execution, ensuring that all stores meet company’s visual and operational standards.
Manage and allocate budgets across all in-store design and promotional activities, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Prepare regular reporting on store visuals, promotions, and budget performance, sharing insights and recommendations with management.
Ensure continuous follow-up and quality control after installations and campaigns, maintaining consistent brand experience.
