Key Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly service to guests at all times Take orders and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards Ensure excellent knowledge of menus, specials, and wine lists Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area Prepare mise-en-place before service Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service Promote upselling and maximize guest satisfaction Follow hygiene and health & safety regulation Requirements Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment Knowledge of food & beverage service standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages will be considered an advantage) Academic Qualifications Diploma or training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage will be considered an advantage What We Offer Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience Excellent working environment in a luxury 5★ resort Opportunities for professional growth and career development
