Job responsibilities: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction.
Ability to train and manage a diverse team of restaurant staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to contribute to the restaurant’s profitability.
Effective problem-solving skills to address customer complaints, operational issues, and staffing challenges.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
Proficiency in inventory control and ordering supplies to manage costs efficiently.
Flexibility to handle changing situations, such as busy shifts or unforeseen issues, to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Ability to effectively mediate conflicts among staff or customers and maintain a harmonious work environment.
