Position Description The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision, leadership, and performance of all restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure that service quality, guest satisfaction, and team professionalism consistently exceed Relais & Châteaux standards .
This role requires strong organizational capability, leadership excellence, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities Lead the daily restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, beach service, and dinner, including our fine dining outlet Ensure impeccable service standards aligned with Relais & Châteaux expectations Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a multicultural team of service professionals Develop and execute training programs with emphasis on fine dining, wine service, and guest communication Create weekly schedules and ensure efficient staffing for all outlets Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, service flow, and guest experience enhancements Oversee reservations, table management, and service preparation for special events Maintain service quality controls, hygiene standards, and operational procedures Monitor budgets, cost controls, and stock levels for restaurant operations Work closely with the management team to achieve revenue targets and guest satisfaction KPIs Ensure smooth communication between departments to deliver a seamless guest journey
