Restaurant Manager
for Porto Carras
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Leads day-to-day restaurant operations
- Enhances restaurant’s financial performance and guest satisfaction metrics
- Participates in menu development and conducts food tastings
- Recruits and trains staff while ensuring continuous employee development
- Monitors and evaluates employee performance
- Provides exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving guest inquiries
- Conducts monthly inventory audits and oversees supply orders
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hotel or Restaurant Management
- Proven experience in a similar management role, preferably in a 5-star environment
- Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Positive, proactive attitude and a dedication to excellence
- Must be a resident in the Porto Carras area or willing to relocate
