We are currently seeking: Restaurant Manager Position Description: Supervise the daily operations of assigned restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow Support in staff scheduling and effective manpower allocation Train, guide, and motivate service staff, ensuring compliance with the company’s service standards, values, and philosophy Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards in line with company procedures Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Management team to ensure timely service and consistent food quality Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations Foster a positive and cooperative team environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement Assist in cost control, stock management, and revenue optimization within the outlet Act as a role model through a hands-on leadership approach and strong attention to detail Work on a split shift schedule (morning and evening shifts with a break in between) according to the restaurant’s operational needs
