The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our signature dining venues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experience.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with: Manage operations through – but not limited to – proper scheduling, assigning duties, table management in view of occupancy levels and upkeep of hygiene and sanitation.
Work closely with the respective Chef de Cuisine to plan menus in line with market and hotel demands.
Analyse Service-related issues and identifies trends to develop an operational strategy aligned with the Daios Cove standards.
Actively participate in discussions with the Food & Beverage team (including the culinary team) to ensure the timely development and completion of the annual budgets, and to regularly monitor performance and assume responsibility for its achievement Our People & Culture: Interviewing and onboard potential or new hires following People & Culture department guidelines Fosters our people commitment to providing excellent service and models desired service behaviours in all interactions with guests and other team members Coach, motivate, educate, and train the team to deliver the service and product standards to fuel the growth of the team.
Lead by example through passionate, hands-on approach.
Identify and implement training plans to further develop the team and ensure succession planning is in place.
Our F&B Manager will support you and ensure you will succeed.
However, some of the below are useful to have: This role generally requires a relevant degree in Hotel/Tourism or a Diploma in Food & Beverage Management.
A current Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a high-end stand alone or 5-star hotel’s restaurant.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
Sound knowledge of F&B concepts, wine, and spirits.
High Energy personality – engaging.
Ability to work with a ‘set’ team and able to affect change.
Experience working with diverse backgrounds, respecting cultural differences, beliefs, and practices.
