Reservations Job Description: Process and Confirm B2B and B2C Reservations via email and on web platforms Create and Customize Travel Plan Itineraries Enter Data on System of Reservations Process and Curate the Reservations in collaboration with Operations Collaborate with team members and suppliers reassuring excellency during execution of reservation Manage last minute changes and updates Manage calls from partners and clients and respond to any queries Follow up with clients upon reservation completion Skills & Experience We Look for: Minimum 2 Years Experience in same/ relative position Fluent English both spoken and written Excellent Computer Literacy on MS Office Excellent use of the Internet Customer Service Experience Personality Qualities: Social Communication Skills: Time Management & Organization skills Ability to Operate effectively under Pressure Team Player Personality Attention to Detail & Accuracy We offer: A highly paid Seasonal Position with career and growth opportunities Pleasant Working Environment If you are a Qualified Candidate, please send your CV and a cover letter.
