Reservations Executive
Empiria Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Reservations Executive to join our dynamic team at the Headquarters in Glyfada Our Story Empiria Group , owns, manages, and operates a unique collection of luxury hotels and villas, members of The Luxury Collection and Design Hotels of Marriott International , located in prime destinations around Greece, namely in Santorini, Paros and Peloponnese.

Role Overview : The Reservations Executive is responsible for addressing the reservation process for all hotels within the Empiria Group, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
This role requires a deep understanding of our offerings and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and partners.
Key Responsibilities: Handling all aspects of reservations, including inquiries, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
Work closely with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding availability and rates.
Generate and manage paperwork (invoices, refunds, credits, etc.) for our customers and internal processes.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the properties and services offered by Empiria Group to answer guest inquiries accurately.
Participate in training programs and maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
