Eva Bay hotel in Adelianos Kampos Rethymno (Vrontakis Resorts group) would like to hire Reception Agent .
Main Responsibilities Managing the operations of the housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance departments Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage reservations for whole group, deals and payments.
Coordinate, train and oversee the daily activities of departmental staff.
Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Working following the budget and overview income and expenses.
