Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome and assist guests, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Handle reservations (online & direct) and manage OTA channels Operate daily hotel software systems (PMS, channel manager, etc.) Manage incoming and outgoing communication (phone, email, messages) Coordinate with housekeeping, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations Take initiative and support various operational tasks beyond typical front desk duties
