Receptionist

The Authentic Village Hotel is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for the summer season of 2026.
Responsibilities: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Handle check-ins, check-outs.
Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Manage phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Job requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Greek Language.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with hotel management systems is an advantage.
