We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience!
Position: Receptionist Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract Location: Corfu, Greece As a Receptionist , you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm and welcoming experience.
Your role will be essential in ensuring that our guests’ stays are seamless and memorable, reflecting the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and enjoyable Manage guest reservations and inquiries, both in person and via phone or email Provide information and assistance to guests about resort services, activities, and local attractions Handle check-out procedures efficiently, including billing and payment processing Maintain accurate guest records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with resort policies Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requests are met promptly Address and resolve guest concerns or issues, escalating when necessary, to maintain high guest satisfaction Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times Benefits & Offers: Competitive salary and benefits package (including accommodation and full board meals) Ongoing trainings, around department & company standards Opportunity to travel through our cross-exposure programs (work in other Banyan Group properties at the winter period) Professional development and career advancement opportunities A supportive and collaborative work environment Membership of ALL Heartist Accor staff card, offering staff rates across all Accor properties worldwide What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (such as Greek, German, or French) are highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing the highest level of service.
Professional appearance and attitude in line with 5-star standards.
