Deal with client enquiries and manage bookings, by phone or email Have to perform check in, check out duties and receive payments from guests Provide excellent guest services by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively, promptly and courteously Upsell and try to maximize revenue for the hotel Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
