As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident, driven and commercially minded, and who wants their earnings to reflect their performance.
The Opportunity We offer a modest guaranteed base salary combined with a highly competitive commission structure, creating significant earning potential for strong performers.
Base salary: €1,000–€1,200 gross per month, depending on experience High commission on successful sales Performance-based incentives and bonuses Uncapped earning potential For the right salesperson, the commission component provides the opportunity to significantly increase overall earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up new sales leads Prospect for new property listings and opportunities Build strong relationships with property owners, buyers and investors Conduct property viewings and client meetings Manage buyers throughout the sales process Negotiate offers and assist in closing transactions Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients Develop your own network and pipeline of business Work closely with the wider CHW Group team Maintain accurate records of leads, clients and opportunities About You Highly motivated and target driven Confident speaking with clients and building new relationships Comfortable prospecting and generating new business Professional, organised and well presented A strong negotiator and communicator Self-motivated and comfortable working towards KPIs Fluent in Greek and English Experienced in real estate, sales, business development or another commission-driven environment Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but we are also open to exceptional salespeople from other industries.
