I CAP Executive Search , on behalf of its client one of the most successful investment groups in the Western Balkans is looking for a native Albanian speaker for the position of: Real Estate Development Manager – Greece (5945/REDV/ESS/GR) Main Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and development projects.
Lead and manage real estate development projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, legal, finance, and technical experts.
Analyze and interpret technical documentation such as architectural plans, contracts, and financial models.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and public authorities.
Represent the company in negotiations and business meetings across Greece and occasionally at HQ locations.
