Real Estate Acquisition Coordinator – Athens

We are a real estate investment and development company in Athens looking for a motivated Real Estate Acquisition Coordinator to join our team full-time.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in the Athens real estate market.
What you’ll do: Search for new properties through real estate agents, banks, funds, online platforms, and other sources.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other market professionals.
Visit properties and collect relevant information.
Prepare short and organized property reports for the company owners to review and make investment decisions.
Coordinate and conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
Follow up on new properties and opportunities in the market.
Who we’re looking for: Motivated, organized, responsible, and proactive.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently and following up on multiple opportunities.
Interested in real estate and eager to learn.
Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but not required.
Fluent in Greek and English.
This is a full-time position based in Athens, mainly office-based, with regular property visits and meetings around the city.
Training and guidance will be provided.
