We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our projects in Crete.
The Role: The QC Manager will oversee all quality control processes and ensure compliance to quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and implement the QC program and the Technical Office Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and standards Lead the QC team Attend the QC meetings, Perform the three phases of control, perform submittal review and approval, ensure testing is performed and provide QC certifications and documentation required Plan and oversee inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications Monitor and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement Investigate non-conformities, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to address quality issues Prepare and present quality reports for management and regulatory bodies Lead training initiatives to enhance the quality awareness and capabilities of the team Develop inspection protocols
