The Quality Assurance Manager will have the following responsibilities: Program Development: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive Quality Control (QC) programs to monitor product quality throughout the production cycle.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of QC processes to ensure strict adherence to established quality standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Control staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous innovation.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Plant Manager to optimize overall production quality and line efficiency.
Data Analysis: Analyze departmental data to manage budgets effectively and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
System Implementation: Establish and maintain robust Quality Assurance (QA) systems across the organization.
Staff Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for personnel regarding quality procedures, protocols, and technical specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Drive the ongoing refinement of quality specifications to maintain industry-leading standards.
Food Safety Innovation: Implement pioneering approaches and best practices to ensure the highest levels of food safety.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all operational activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
