Purchasing/Logistics Associate – Spanish speaking

We are looking to hire a Purchasing/Logistics Associate – Spanish speaking Based in Thessaloniki | Ref: LAP – 0826 About VIPA VIPA is a European multinational company, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a leading position in the global recycling and recovered material trading sectors.

We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 16:00 – 00:00 from our office in the city center, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Handle partners’ inquiries and orders Communicate with colleagues and logistics partners/customers in Latin America Be responsible for the documentation for transportation purposes Be in charge of data entry and electronic document management Collaborate with other departments of the company in order to ensure customer satisfaction
