As a Project Officer your main responsibilities will include: Planning, coordinating, and tracking R&D projects, design changes, and manufacturing process improvements.
Creating, managing, and monitoring project tasks and records within our electronic Quality Management System (QMS) software.
Organizing and leading Change Control Board (CCB) meetings for the review and approval of changes.
Facilitating effective cross-functional coordination between R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, and Procurement.
Following up on tasks assigned to team members to ensure timely delivery.
Supporting the introduction of design changes into production, managing rollout strategies and material stock.
Authoring project documentation, maintaining meeting minutes, and preparing reports for funded projects.
