Project Manager

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join us in Group’s subsidiary Aktor Facility Management , in Thessaloniki.
The PM will actively contribute to managing projects involving complex facilities such as industrial installations, office buildings, administrative buildings, photovoltaic parks, and recreational parks such as marinas in Thessaloniki.
The scope of the role includes: Operation and Maintenance of large building premises and utility-scale photovoltaic plants.
Supervision of small-scale Construction Projects.
Energy upgrade of buildings.
Coordinate with internal teams (facility management, engineering, safety, etc.) and external subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and controlled within the allocated budget, with regular reporting on financial performance, without compromising quality or safety standards.
