RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Consultant, you will participate in Projects, where you will be responsible to: Conduct Operational and Statistical studies Identify improvement opportunities in Work Processes, Plan & Control Systems, and Managerial Skills Deploy Action Plans for the operational optimization of different organizational departments Implement new Management Systems and Operating Procedures Communicate and co-operate with executives at all levels of our client companies Work on different operational Case Studies, related to the business of our clients CANDIDATE PROFILE: Engineering/Finance University background Two (2) years of working experience Fluency in English Computer proficiency in MS Office Excellent communication Organizational and analytical skills Immediate availability Geographical flexibility WE OFFER: Challenging assignments and significant career development opportunities in a multinational environment On- and off-the-job trainings Attractive remuneration package All applications will be handled in strict confidentiality.
