The responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will be the following: Oversee and participate in all essential stages of the production process, providing guidance to operators and team leaders, and reporting any issues directly to the Production Manager Monitor daily operational status of mechanical equipment, ensure proper labeling, and verify compliance with environmental conditions such as relative humidity (RH) and temperature in production areas Take ownership of training, mentoring, and developing production staff and team leaders to ensure optimal performance Collaborate closely with the designated individual responsible for in-process quality controls Drive productivity by setting shift-specific performance targets and ensuring consistent follow-up and reporting
